Teaching sentence construction using the SVO table

Teachers can use ‘Mr. How and His 5 Wives Technique’ and the Subject-Verb-Object (SVO) table to help LEP (low english proficiency) students to construct sentences for essay writing. Teachers can download the following handouts (courtesy of the Education Department of Sepang District):

The first picture can be done as whole class activity before asking students to construct sentences for the other pictures individually or in groups.
